On-line purchases made through the Parts Express may be returned within 90 days of the purchase date provided that:
- The product is in brand new, unused condition.
- A copy of the packing slip and original proof of purchase is provided with the part/parts being returned.
All returns must be sent prepaid to the following address:

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES ARE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. COLLECT SHIPMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
Refunds will be issued for parts only; shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All refunds will be credited back via the same payment method used for the original order.
All returns will be inspected before any credit will be issued. Any product found to be unfit for re-sale will be rejected and no credit will be issued.
